Ola M. Lybe

	Ola M. Lybe, 92, of DuQuoin, passed away Wednesday, March 28, 2001 at 9:40 p.m. at the Fair Acres Nursing Home in DuQuoin.
	Ola was a homemaker, member of the First United Methodist Church of DuQuoin, 50 year member of the Eastern Star and member of the Perry County Gold Plate.
	Ola was born June 16, 1908, in Steubenville, Ohio, the daughter of Mark William and Gertrude (Scarlott) Johnston.
She married Garnett C. Lybe on November 18, 1936 in Chicago.  He passed away November 15, 1983.
	She is survived by 1 daughter, Pene Harbuck and husband Randall of DuQuoin; 2 sons, Kenneth Lybe and wife Linda of Murfreesboro, Tenn. and Dennis Lybe and wife Sandi of Brookfield, Conn.; 13 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.
	She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and a brother, Howard Johnston.
	Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Monday, April 2, 2001 at the Searby Funeral Home in DuQuoin with Rev. C.L. McKinnies officiating.
	Friends called from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.  Eastern Star services were held at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
	Interment was in the Sunset Memorial Park in DuQuoin.
	Friends may make memorials to the Sacred Heart School.
